So here comes the scary part. After having decided it was about time we took the plunge and bought our own home again in this topsy-turvy Sydney market...we also did a little renovation and are about to have the property evaluated. Fingers crossed it has moved! We lost out last time having bought in the peak and selling in a low leaving us with a mighty debt...about time the pendulum swung our way!
